Sokoto killing: Blasphemy recognized by Nigerian law – Force PRO 

Force Public Relations Officer, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi has called on clerics to enlighten their followers on the issues of blasphemy against prophets. DAILY POST reports.Information Guide Nigeria

He stated this in a tweet on his verified handle while reacting to the killing of a Sokoto State resident, Usman Buda Mai, who was accused of degrading the personality of Prophet Muhammad.

Usman was beaten to death on Sunday over the alleged blasphemy, causing tension in parts of the state.
