We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Operations:

  • Implement and manage daily operational objectives and processes, while staying flexible and adaptable to the constantly changing environment.
  • Act as a resource for information on our entire operations – logistics and accommodation for team members, clients and visitors; the facilities, suppliers and vendors, equipment, etc.
  • Develop and recommend continuous quality improvement practices & implement industry best practice operations.
  • Ensure that the overall conditions of the building and equipment are in compliance with health, environmental and security standards along with the facility management team.
  • Support a variety of critical business functions/units, including Finance, People, Procurement, Lunch management, transportation programmes and general office services.
  • Find innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery while minimising costs.
  • Co-ordinate and serve as a principal point of contact (POC) for all matters related to the office and work stations.
  • Provide an exceptional employee service experience by understanding their needs and delivering the right solutions.
  • Vendor Management
  • Work with the Facility Manager to ensure compliance and statutory regulations on fire, health & safety standards.
  • Support basic office procurements, installation and commissioning of equipment that are required for the facility – air-conditioning etc, and ensure that vendors comply with the required service expectations at the hub.
  • Oversee and provide event logistics coordination, ensure proper scheduling of set up for events, sitting arrangements, and work with project managers with regard to all events at the hub.
  • Work with the Finance Manager to develop and manage the annual Admin budget.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Admin.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3+ years of relevant experience, event planning experince will be an added advantage
  • Possess outstanding office and event management skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of basic bookkeeping/finance and database management.
  • General willingness to engage in a broad range of activities to support organizational requirements.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently, can communicate well, is proactive, and has the ability to present solutions and anticipate needs will be successful.

3.) Learning Science Manager

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field
  • 5+ years experience working in the education or education technology space
  • Excellent Knowledge of learning science theories and instructional design models
  • Ability to design and adopt pedagogical strategies to deliver improved outcomes
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with research on pedagogical strategies and curriculum practices
  • Demonstrated experience working with learners from a variety of classes and age groups (K-12 to tertiary and or corporate learning)
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and school administration

4.) People Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
General:

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Oversee the maintenance of employee files and records, as well as sensitive and confidential data, employee files, and documents ensuring adherence to confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations
  • Manage New Hire Orientation and support our onboarding program to ensure seamless integration of new hires into CcHUB’s culture and community.
  • Conduct off-boarding, analyze trends and share data with the Director of People to influence/inform decisions.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with the rest of the People Unit and other stakeholders to drive efficiencies and simplify workflows.

Policy, Process, and Systems:

  • Collaborate with the Director of People to develop, review, edit, and implement policies,  internal processes and procedure manuals.
  • The key point of contact for HR legal and regulatory compliance; regularly monitors updates and performs periodic audits of various processes to ensure efficiency and compliance (employee files documents, contracts, etc.).
  • Advise employees on day-to-day HR policies and procedures and other employee lifecycle events.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Support the development of tools, programs, and metrics that increase Employee Engagement.
  • Leads the annual Employee Engagement Survey administration & action planning process for all employees- including preparation, survey execution, analysis, and planning.
  • Ensures the results are communicated, and action planning efforts are upheld company-wide throughout the year.
  • Accountable for ensuring the integrity of the employee engagement process, tools, and outcomes.
  • Develop, implement and promote engagement initiatives in line with business objectives.
  • Proactively promote and lead activities to contribute to the adoption of company values in action and positive office culture.
  • Organize regular team-building and culture-building activities outside of work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Professional Qualifications (e.g CIPM, SPHRI)
  • 7+ years of HR leadership experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant employment-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • You are familiar with talent management and supporting the teams through the different processes
