On the list of clubs receiving fines are fellow French clubs Monaco and Marseille, the Italian four of Juventus, AC Milan, Inter, and Roma, Turkish club Besiktas, and Belgian club Anderlecht. The teams will also receive a fine and a warning about harsher penalties if they break the break-even standards once again within a predetermined time frame.
