The Akwa Ibom State chapter of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) took a strong stand against the recent abduction of a High Court Judge, Hon. Justice Unwana, along with her driver, Idorinyin Ekanem, was kidnapped on Monday around 8 pm on the Okobo-Esuk Inwang – Ndon Ebom road by armed gunmen. This incident occurred while they were returning to Uyo after the final family court session of the year. Tragically, during the attack, Justice Unwana’s police orderly was killed.NYSC Portal

Addressing the protesters, Eyene strongly condemned the abduction of the Judge, calling it a wicked act.
