A. Registration: Commences from Monday 28th August-15th September, 2023 between the hours of 8:30am-3:00pm daily except public holidays and weekends. Jamb Result
B. Venue: Registration will only take place at the College of Nursing Sciences, Ikot Ekpene
C. Qualification: WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB with credits in English Language. Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics NOT more than two sittings. Jamb Result
Note: NABTEB stands alone (It cannot be combined with any other Certificate).
D. Registration/Processing Fee
(1) Registration: Akwa Ibom State College of Nursing Sciences Basic Midwifery Admission Form
- (a) Indigene – N5,000
- (b) Non Indigene – N7,000
(ii) Processing fee:

E. Requirements for Registration
(1) Three recent colour passport photographs
(ii) Original and two photocopies of each of the following
- Educational certificates-FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, and NABTEB
- Birth certificate or age declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of origin Good morning my love message
- Change of name (if applicable)
(iii) Age (16 years and above)
