La Opinion caught what appears to be a verbal exchange between the two before cutting to Eto’o coming to the site to confront the man a few seconds later.
Eto’o, who is in Qatar as World Cup 2022 legacy ambassador, responds angrily and pushes the cameraman, but it is unclear what he took offense to.

At this point, numerous bystanders intervene in an attempt to settle the disturbance, but Eto’o is determined to pursue the man and must eventually be restrained from pursuing him further.
The video then shows Eto’o handing his phone to a man, before breaking free of the group and kneeing the man in the face, causing him to fall to the ground.JAMB portal
The vicious strike appears to occur while the victim is leaning over, leaving him unaware that Eto’o has returned to escalate the conflict.
Despite being obviously stunned, the unidentified man is assisted to his feet and did not appear to be seriously injured by the unexpected blow, while Eto’o is again restrained by two others.
According to La Opinion, reporters questioned Eto’o what had occurred, but he was ‘out of his mind’ and was swiftly escorted away by security.NYSC portal
An hour prior to the nasty event, Eto’o was seen inside the stadium with former NFL player Chad Johnson, watching the Brazil game.
Cameroon’s elimination from the competition in the group stage, despite a victory over Brazil, was a dismal end to his principal preoccupation in Qatar, as he was primarily focused on the progress of his country.JAMB Result

Following his time with Qatar SC, Eto’o announced his retirement from soccer in 2019. After graduating from Real Madrid’s academy in 1997, he played for Barcelona, Inter Milan, and Chelsea, for which he is most known.
