ALL PDE CERTIFICATES ARE AWARDED WITH THE APPROVAL OF TEACHERS’ REGISTRATION COUNCIL OF NIGERIA (TRCN) WHILE TRCN CERTIFICATES ARE AWARDED BY THE TEACHERS’ REGISTRATION COUNCIL OF NIGERIA.
