Nigerian Actor and Lagos Law maker, Desmond Elliot has revealed that he knew calamity had occurred at the Lekki Toll gate. Information Guide Nigeria

Speaking in a chat on TVC, Desmond Elliot said “I read it, and it was very heartbreaking. Heart-wrenching. I knew there was a calamity, chaos. Except you are not Nigerian, or you are not human. You would feel for everybody.
