One person has been killed in Ebem Ohafia community, Ohafia Local Government Area (LGA) of Abia State, after security agents reportedly exchanged gun fire criminals.
POLITICS NIGERIA reported that the incident happened yesterday evening, just after the Senate Chief Whip, Orji Uzor Kalu visited the LGA for a tour. Information Guide Nigeria

In a video sighted by this newspaper, motorcyclists could be seen in a chaotic condition.
An indigene, Ibem Onwuka, lamented: “The Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Barracks, Ohafia, the Police Barracks and the Zonal headquarters of the NSCDC are all situated in Ebem, the headquarters of Ohafia LGA, yet there is no safety in the land, people now sleep with one eye open. Every day, one incident or the other.
“What has happened to Ohafia, once the most peaceful and secure city in Abia State?
“We need God’s intervention!!!”
