Buhari Suspends NNPC Panel Commissioned
President of Nigeria, General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) has ordered the quick suspension of the newly constituted Board of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC).
Mr. Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), said this yesterday in a statement.

According to DAILY TRUST, President Buhari on 19 September this year, had approved the appointment of the Board and Management of the NNPC Limited with Senator Ifeanyi Ararume as Chairman. jamb results
Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, made the announcement.
Adesina had said the President appointed the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mr Mele Kyari, as the Chief Executive Officer.
The Special Adviser further said that Senator Ifeanyi Ararume will serve as the Chairman of the Board, with Umar I. Ajiya as the Chief Financial Officer.
