Responsibilities

• Contracts Management:
  • Renew labor employers license on due date.
  • Keep contracts agreements and work with business development to ensure renewal of contracts as and when due,
  • Have vast knowledge of the peculiarity of each outsource contracts for ease of management and error free operations.
  • Keep records on each contract person on O/S contracts for Management follow-up when requires
• Invoicing and Salaries
• Leave Administration
• Other benefits and Statutory obligations
• Training, Communication and Social Connection
• Recruitments management

Other Roles:

• Ensure discipline and compliance by invoking disciplinary processes in line with company policies.
• Weekly outsource operations and monthly staff demography reporting
• Assist in appraisal tools mobilization
• Assist in staff training budgeting and implementation
• Assist in HSE implementation and compliance enforcement
• Any other tasks given by the Head – HR/Admin NYSC portal

Qualifications

• Good First Degree, ACIPM Certified, 5 years Cognate experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and Excellent communication skill (Oral/Writing)

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly aside other benefits.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics plus ACA/CFA
• MBA in Financial Analysis / Economics or related field will be an added advantage and desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of Business Finance / analysis in multi-product/brand and multi-location organization.
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques Strong fluency in Excel formulas and functions jamb Portal

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc / MSc in Humanities, Business Administration, Social Science plus membership of CIPM / CPD with 3-5 years hands-on experience
