We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Quality Assurance (QA) Tester – Intern

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
  • Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
  • Report to management and obtain approval for system development projects.
  • Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
  • Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.
  • Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.
  • Monitoring product licenses and ensuring compliance with IT industry regulations.
  • Ensuring that computer hardware remains compatible with system enhancements and updates.
  • Promoting system efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics and encryption.
  • Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and an accredited qualification in management consultancy or similar.
  • Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
  • Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
  • Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
  • Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.
  • Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
  • Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales role interacting with customers preferred
  • Outbound/inbound call experience is a plus but not required
  • University graduates with sales/customer service/retail internship experience are encouraged to apply
  • Proven multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously, including phone, email, and chat, while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have worked in a fast-paced, results-driven work atmosphere?
  • Comfortable working occasionally on weekends

3.) HR Senior Manager

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, HR, Management, Business, etc. required
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Over 7 years of experience in an HR or operations role
  • Experience with technology tools for HR, Operations or Project Management

4.) Project Manager

Location: Lagos

The Project Manager will

  • Assist in implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plan and work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful achievement of the KPIs.
  • Use Jira and other technology tools to proactively manage the team’s complex plans
  • Lead the daily huddles with the clinical and management team
  • Prepare administrative documents, collect and compile inputs to documents
  • Collect, compile, and organise background materials, documents and other materials for meetings
  • Performs reporting as needed; compiles data, and generates reports and decks as needed
  • Create monthly plans for virtual training needs and plan for resource
  • Initiates meetings with stakeholders and team, prepares communication to summarize discussions and action items in meetings – internal and client meetings.
  • Manage logistics with external partners and stakeholders for tele-education programs and other efforts.
  • Document meeting discussions and decisions into meeting minutes and follow up on post-meeting action items as designated during project meetings.
  • Conduct reviews of projects for action items and recommend solutions.
  • Provide general assistance to the program and project team(s) as needed.
  • Distribute communications related to program and project plan activities.
  • Schedule meetings for program and project plan activities.
  • Compile and publish weekly project status reports for leadership and project sponsors, project teams and other key project stakeholders. Travels as needed to oversee the project and meet with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and problem solve cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or MBBS with 5 – 7 years experience.
  • Interest or experience in health preferred.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and “person-centered” skills
  • High level of organizational management capability and prioritization as well as the ability to break the ‘big picture’ into step wise different pieces.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and healthy working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
  • Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines is necessary
  • Demonstrates ability to work with confidential and sensitive data.
