A Federal High Court in Abuja has issued an order of interim injunction restraining the National Youth Service Corps from publishing or continuing to publish any disclaimer to the effect that the NYSC certificate of service obtained by the governor-elect of Enugu State, Peter Mbah was not issued by the corp. The court presided over by Justice Inyang Ekwo granted the order restraining the NYSC pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice for interlocutory injunction filed by Mbah against the NYSC and the Director, Corps Certification, Mr. Ibrahim Muhammad.Information Guide Nigeria

Hearing of the substantive motion has been fixed for May 22 as the lawyer to the plaintiff, Mr Emeka Ozoani insists that the NYSC is misleading the public with regards to the governor-elect.
