Blind Man Kills Wife Over Threat To Divorce Him

The Nkawkaw Magistrate Court in Ghana has remanded a 71-year-old visually impaired man, identified as George Mudor, in police custody for killing his wife in her sleep. NAIJA NEWS reports.Information Guide Nigeria

It was reported that Mudor allegedly killed his 65-year-old wife, Madam Grace with a machete on March 14, 2023, at Abepotia near Nkawkaw in the Kwawu West Municipality of the Eastern region, in Ghana.

The victim, who was fed up with taking care of her blind husband for over five years, is said to have threatened to divorce him.

However, the suspect in the early hours of March 14 beheaded his wife while she was still sleeping.
