How to Retrieve your JAMB password via SMS/Text

To retrieve your JAMB password through SMS, follow the procedures below:

  • Step 1: Open messaging app on your mobile phone
  • Step 2: Type the message “PASSWORD then space then your email address” E.g. Password infoguide@gmail.com
  • Step 3: Send the message to “55019” or “66019
  • Step 4: After sending the message, you’ll receive a text message containing your new JAMB passwordJAMB form

How to Retrieve your JAMB password via JAMB Portal

To recover your JAMB password from the JAMB official portal, follow the procedures below:

  • Step 1: Visit the JAMB official portal via https://www.jamb.gov.ng/EfacilityLogin.
  • Step 2: Click on the “Click here to reset your password” link
  • Step 3: You will be redirected to a page where you will be required to enter your JAMB registered email address
  • Step 4: Click on the “Password Reset” linkJAMB Result
  • Step 5: Your new JAMB password will be sent to your registered email address.

How to login to your JAMB profile using your JAMB username and password

  • Step 2: Enter your JAMB username into the space provided
  • Step 3: Enter your JAMB password into the space provided
