Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Undergraduate or University Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management, Administration, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years, maintain attention to detail, and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Team spirit and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge and use of Microsoft excel and A good command of English language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, and any other related Social Sciences discipline.

Experience:

• 2 – 3 years in a similar post with NGO
• Language skills: Fluent verbal / written English and Hausa language.

Experience & technical skills:

• Essential computer literacy (word, excel)
• Good interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with all staff and key stakeholders externally.
• Teamwork and cooperation
• Behavioural flexibility

• Excellent stress management Ability to manage conflict and reach and build consensus.
• Constructive and pro-active communication with a wide variety of actors and stakeholders.

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration or equivalent, and 2 – 5 years relevant experience or MS / MA Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 2 – 5 years relevant experience.

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or any field.
• Additional training courses specific to HEALTH is an added advantage
• 3 – 5 years relevant working experience, in Emergency management/supervisory capacity.
• Strong computer literacy, organizational and planning skills, report writing, budget oversight.
• Commitment to upholding AGUF’s values, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office software Skills (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Willing and able to be based and travel regularly within states, LGAs and remote areas, where services are limited.
