Oil theft: There’s calamity in Niger Delta – Mele Kyari

The Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, has characterized oil theft and vandalism in the Niger Delta region as a significant crisis.
