Nottingham Forest loans

Garner joined Championship side Nottingham Forest on loan for the remainder of the 2020–21 season on the 30th of January 2021. The young star scored his first goal for the club on the 26th of February 2021 against arch-rivals Derby County in a league meeting at Pride Park that ended in a 1–1 draw. However, following the conclusion of the season, he returned to Manchester United for pre-season training.
