To partially registered for your NIN online, follow the steps outlined below:
- Open your favourite browser and visit the NIMC official website (https://.nimc.gov.ng) to access the Pre-Enrolment portal and the online Enrolment form
- You should now be able to have access to the Enrolment form online. Fill out the Enrolment form and ensure that the details or data you inserted are correct before printing out a summary sheet that carries a 2D barcode
- Once you have gotten to this step, you are almost done. All that’s left is to carry the 2D barcode to any NIMC Enrolment Centre closest to you. When you arrive at the centre and submit the sheet with the barcode, the 2D barcode will be scanned and the details you inputted online will appear on the computer screen.
- Once the NIMC officer at the enrolment centres has been able to get hold of your details, they will be able to continue the rest of the registration for you. They’ll have to get your biometric data, which involves your fingerprints, signature, and headshot.
- Once that’s done a temporary slip will be printed and you’ll be able to get your NIN in about 1 to 5 days.
