We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Safety and Security Officer
Location: Borno
Experience and technical competencies
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- A clear understanding of the philosophy and mode of operation of NGOs
- Experience in liaising with civilian, police, and military government authorities, as well as with field-level, national and international institutions
- Minimum of 4 years experience in complex and insecure settings
- Well organized with ‘people skills
- Ability and willingness to travel within BAY states in Nigeria are essential.
- Demonstrable network of contacts within Nigeria
- Computer literate – Able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English leading to the ability to produce a high standard of both written and oral work
- Ability to analyze information
- The ability to work harmoniously in a multinational/multicultural environment.
- The ability to work independently, multi-task and anticipate problems
- Ability to speak the local languages is an advantage.

2.) IT & Communication Officer
Location: Borno
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
- 3 years of proven experience in IT management, system administration, cybersecurity, and communication strategies.
- Good with photography graphic design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Strong proficiency in content creation, digital marketing, web development, SEO, and multimedia content production.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for social impact, gender equality, and community development is essential.
- Strong interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills
- Excellent oral and written skills and computer skills
- Fluency in English, Kanuri, and Hausa is required.

3.) Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Location: Borno
Requirements
- A University Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, M&E, Business Administration, or any other relevant field is required
- Three or more years of experience working in the NGO sector in M&E, ideally in protection, Livelihood, community development, or economic and market development. Prior experience carrying out surveys or conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection with computerized data management systems.
- Result-oriented, teamwork, good analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, skills, problem solver, Advanced computer skills in SPSS, and MS Office programs, particularly Excel, and Access. Strong analytical skills coupled with a solid understanding of quantitative indicators and data collection strategies.
- English, Hausa, and local language desirable.

4.) Finance Officer
Location: Borno
Requirements
- A University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any other relevant field is required.
- Certification is an added advantage.
- Two or more years of experience working in the NGO sector.
- Result-oriented, attention to detail, communication, Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of any accounting software especially QuickBooks, is a plus.
