 Plateau State College of Nursing & Midwifery Basic Nursing Admission Form

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates seeking admission into Basic Nursing MUST posses a minimum of five (5) credits passes in WAEC,NECO, or NABTEB, obtained at not more than two sittings. The five credit passes must include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry,Physics and Biology.Plateau State College of Nursing & Midwifery Basic Nursing Admission Form

Interested Candidates are expected to obtain application forms from the Academic Registry of the College in Vom, on payment of a Non-refundable fee of N7,500. Candidates are required to effect payment using the Remitta platform from any Commercial Bank of their choice. The RRR print out obtained from the Bank is to be presented to the Bursary Department for the issuance of receipt and collection of application forms from the Academic Registry of the College in Vom.jamb Portal

The following documents must be attached to all duly completed forms.

Two certified recent passport size photograph.200 Romantic Love messages
Photocopies of certificates.
3.Photocopy of receipt of Purchase of the form.

Local Government indigene certificate and Declaration of Age/Birth certificate.
Admission forms for the 3023/2024 Academic Session commences on Monday, April 17,2023. The closing date for the submission of duly completed forms is four weeks from the date of this advertisement. Candidates are to note that there will be no extension of date of sale of application forms.NYSC portal
