The defendant was charged by the police on Wednesday with four counts, including sexual assault, unauthorized sexual contact, and threat to life.

Olusegun claimed that the defendant also threatened to kill Gold if she told anyone about the incident.
He said that because Gold had surgery to fully recover from her illness, the breadth of the assault was larger.
The Child‘s Rights Law of Osun State, 2007, Sections 31(1)(2) and 32 were broken, according to the prosecution.

He was remanded in the Ilesa Correctional Center after the sitting magistrate, A.O. Odeleye, rejected his plea.
For legal counsel, Odeleye postponed the matter to November 3.
