Why I Taught Senator Abaribe How To Prepare For Life In Jail— Sani

Shehu Sani, the erstwhile senator who deputized Kaduna Central in the Senate has said that he taught Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe, the Minority Leader of the Senate how to live in prison should he be prosecuted over his pro-Biafra activism. Information Guide Nigeria

According to Sani, he used his years of experience in KiriKiri (Lagos); Port Harcourt (Rivers), and Aba (Abia) prisons to lecture his friend, Abaribe.

The former Senator made this known via his Facebook page yesterday where he shared memories of himself discussing with Abaribe on the Red Chamber. jamb results

He further said that Abaribe had tried his best to make him believe in the ideologies of Biafra.

According to SaharaReporters, in Sani’s words: “My good friend Senator Abaribe was trying to convert my citizenship to Biafra while I used to give him lectures on how to live in prison when they come for him, using my years of experience in Kiri Kiri, Port Harcourt, and Aba Prisons in the 90s,” he wrote.

Recall that on June 22, 2018, Abaribe was arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS) at Abuja for his alleged relating with the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) being one of the sureties to the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu but was released on June 26, 2018.
