According to a hearing notification seen by journalists, Justice Ahmed Ramat Mohammed has set a specific hearing date for the case.

Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, the governor of Sokoto State, the PDP, and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, are among the other parties named as respondents in the lawsuit with the file number FHC/ABJ/CS/782/2022.

Ayu has passed the reins to Umar Iliya Damagun, the party’s Deputy Chairman (North), notwithstanding the outstanding conflicts inside the organization.

The Chairman will be abroad till the end of the month, according to Simon Imobo-Tswam, Ayu’s Special Adviser on Media and Communications, who made the announcement on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.JAMB Result
