If I was Man United manager I would drive to Marcus Rashford’s house and sit down with his mum

As per manchestereveningnews it is reported that an Old Trafford former striker Dwight Yorke has insisted if he was Erik ten Hag he would drive to Marcus Rashford’s house and sit down with his family to discuss the wingers current behaviour. Before last month’s FA Cup clash with League Two club Newport County, Rashford reported in ill for training. It later transpired that week he had been in Belfast partying with it unclear whether he went out on the Wednesday or Thursday night prior to training on the Friday.informationguidenigeria

The report have it that the 26-year-old missed the trip to South Wales that Sunday and Ten Hag told the media it was due to a ‘disciplinary matter’.

This was later dealt with in-house and the United boss claimed the matter was now closed. Rashford would go on to start at Wolverhampton Wanderers the following Thursday and score in the 4-3 victory at Molineux. But in an interview with Sky Sports, Yorke is adamant Ten Hag should be taking matters into his own hands to root out the cause of these recent issues.JAMB Result

He explained: “I don’t condone what he has done, I think he came out and apologised for that. I feel, in fact, I know, Marcus Rashford is the best player at Manchester United. You cannot have your best player going off the walls like that, that doesn’t happen.

“There is a reason behind it and I think it is the manager’s duty to find out what the reasons are. [He needs] to have that one-on-one conversation to find out why his star man is doing what he is doing.JAMB Portal

“There is more to it! There might be more to what we don’t know. Yes the media speculate and yes, he was in Belfast doing what he is doing when he shouldn’t have, I don’t condone that for a minute, but there must be a root to it somewhere that you need to get to the bottom of.NYSC PORTAL

“If I was Ten Hag, I would drive to his house, I would have a one-on-one conversation in front of him, his mum, his agent and have these conversations. I would drive to his home because I know how important he is to my success and Manchester United’s success. He is a key figure.”
