Alleged Assault: Yhemolee files lawsuit against Lil Frosh, demands N200m in damages

Adeyemi Idowu, widely known as Yhemolee, a popular actor and media personality, has filed a N200 million defamatory lawsuit against the singer Lil Frosh. This legal action comes after Lil Frosh accused Yhemolee of assaulting him for failing to greet him.JAMB Portal

The actor has taken legal action to address the defamation he believes he has suffered due to these accusations.

Yhemolee shared a copy of the lawsuit via his Instagram handle with the caption: “The past few days has been a whole lot as I have been falsely accused continuously by @lhilfroshgram which has led me to get multiple death threats from random people, my timeline has been a mess for over 72hrs for something I’m clearly innocent of.

In the suit, Yhemolee demanded a public apology, a retraction, and a payment of N200 million in damages.

The suit added: “Take notice that you are to fully comply with the above demands within Fourteen (14) days from the date of your receipt of this letter, or from the day you are given constructive notice of same.NYSC Portal

“And take further notice that we have the definite instructions of our Client to commence legal proceedings against you if you fail, neglect or refuse to comply fully with the demands articulated above.”
