There is only one answer to theses questions and that is – Eradicating Of Tribalism

Tribalism is an act of favouring a set of tribe and culture at the expense if other without merit.
This problem has gotten deep to every sector of the country’s economy, social life, even to governmental posts.

Every citizens is at fault in this case cause we all believe that charity begins at home then we favour those who doesn’t merit it and neglect the right ones.

In a political set up, which suppose to have zero tolerance for tribalism, there are so much practise of tribalism. Those who merit a post should lead for a country to develop but here in Nigeria, reverse is the case and at the end we found out that the country still remains stagnant.

Finally, as good as fighting corruption, so also fighting tribalism because tribalism gives birth to corruption (topic for another day)
