The immediate past President, Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, attended the Katsina Development Fund 2023 Retreat hosted by the state governor, Dr. Dikko Umaru Radda. THE GUARDIAN reports.

Buhari was received at the venue by Governor Radda who also approved the appointment and posting of his 14 new Special Advisers and 9 Heads of Agencies and Parastatals of Katsina state’s civil service.

Confirming the appointments, Radda’s spokesperson, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed in a press statement said they will assist the governor in running the affairs of Katsina state effectively.
“The appointments, which are in accordance with Section 208, 2c and 2d of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 as amended, are with immediate effect,” Mohammed indicated.
The newly-appointed Special Advisers are Hon. Abubakar Ahmadi Tsanni, Sports & Social Development; Hon. Mannir Mu’azu Ruma, Market Development; Mallam Yusuf Ibrahim, Community Security Watch; Hon. Nasidi Mohammed Danladi.NYSC Portal
