It’s important to note that the addition of four extra players to the standard 23-man squad is an option provided to the teams, but it is not mandatory.

The 2023 Africa Cup of Nations is scheduled to take place from January 13 to February 11, 2024. The tournament will be hosted across several Ivorian cities, including Abidjan, Bouake, Korhogo, San Pedro, and Yamoussoukro, promising a showcase of football talent from across the continent.
