• Biology

3. REQUIREMENTS 

• Two recent passport photographs
• O level results (Print out or certificates)
• Birth Certificate (from National Population Commission or Court Affidavit)
• Testimonial  ( from secondary school)

4. STEPS

1. Pay into the bank or school account section
2. Convert Bank Teller or print out to official school receipt at the school’s Account section, Holy Rosemary Hospital Emekuku
3. Collect and fill forms at the College of Nursing (CONEM) departments
4. Photocopy the form and receipt
5. Return photocopied forms and receipt to the school (CONEM)
