Court Sets Naira Marley and Sam Larry’s Bail at N20 Million

Yaba Magistrate Court has seen fit to grant bail to the well-known singer Azeez Fashola, known professionally as Naira Marley, along with Balogun Eletu, aka Sam Larry. Their freedom comes with a hefty price tag of N20 million and the stipulation of presenting three reliable sureties.

Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun has made it compulsory for both parties to surrender their international travel documents as part of the bail prerequisites. Moreover, the court has imposed a requirement for the duo to report weekly to the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).InformationGuideNigeria

In an additional and rather distinctive admonition, Magistrate Olatunbosun made it crystal clear that any efforts made by the accused to reach out to her would be meticulously documented.
