Fulani leaders endorse APC Asiwaju Tinubu

The APC Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, got a boost as leaders of Fulani communities (Ardos) endorsed the presidential bid.Information Guide Nigeria
The group under the aegis of the Fulbe United for Peace Development in conjunction with a socio-political group, Arewa New Agenda, said it would use its 33,661 members to mobilize millions of their members to vote for Tinubu in the presidential poll. THE NATION reports.

At the event, which took place on Sunday, the group conferred the title of “Barkindo” (the blessed one) on Tinubu, saying it is a revered title among the Fulani.NYSC portal

Ardo Aliyu Liman Bobboi, the leader of the group, said the gathering was an opportunity to show their support and trust in Tinubu’s leadership qualities and capacity to administer the country effectively if he emerges victorious at the poll.

Kano State’s Governor Umar Ganduje said the Fulani have cohabited peaceably with their fellow Nigerians and deserve to be catered for and protected in the years ahead.

Ganduje said Tinubu is committed to improving the lots of Fulani people, adding that the APC presidential candidate is on the verge of producing a blueprint that would proffer a lasting solution to the persistent farmers and herders clashes in the country.JAMB Result
