The following are 20 facts about Hilda Baci and her Guinness World Record Marathon Cooking:
1 — Her full name is Hilda Bassey Effiong. She is a young Nigerian chef from NSIT UBIUM LGA in Akwa Ibom State who runs a food company ‘My cuisine by Hilda’ in Lagos.
2 — Shehas been be cooking nonstop for four days.
3 — She must stand while cooking; she is not permitted to sit.
4 — She is not permitted to use coffee, stimulants, or energy drinks to artificially improve her energy and physiological strength while cooking.
5 — She is permitted to eat, drink water or fruit juice, and take glucose.
6 — The cooking took place at Amore Gardens in Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria.
7 — She cooks nonstop (morning, afternoon, evening, and night). So she didn’t sleep for four nights)
8 — She was only allowed 5 minutes of rest every hour [that is, she is only allowed 5 minutes of rest or break per hour, for a total of an hour break every 12 hours].
According to some accounts, she gets a 30-minute break every 6 hours, during which she can snooze, use the loo and have a medical examination or checkup from the medical experts on the spot.
