Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, better known as Iyanya, a popular singer and composer, has disclosed that he spent N52 million on the song he recorded with Davido and Kizz Daniel.
He made the news on Twitter while expressing surprise at how expensive song promotion had become in Nigeria.Information Guide Nigeria
Iyanya stated that the money he specified covered the recording of the song titled “Like,” as well as the shooting of a music video and promotion before and after its release.NYSC Portal

The crooner also stated that N27 million was the least amount he’s ever paid on a song, which occurred in 2021.
He, on the other hand, urged upcoming acts not to be dismayed by his revelation because all they need in the long run is consistency.JAMB Result

He added:
“The cheapest I have spent on a song since January 2021 is 27m. When I dropped “LIKE” FT Davido and kizz Daniel, we spent 52million, song, Video and promotion. This should not discourage any up and coming artiste, you can do it, all you need it’s consistency.”
