According to information obtained by our correspondent, the rumoured hotel structure collapsed early on Thursday in the Ibadan North Local Government Area neighbourhood of Awosika.Information Guide Nigeria

Although it was reported that seven injured people had been recovered from the building’s rubble, it was not known whether any lives had been lost in the tragedy.
An emergency response team made up of men from the State Fire Service, the Federal Road Safety Commission, and other security organisations have been sent to the location.
It was said that the emergency personnel kept looking through the rubble for additional survivors.
