On Sunday, the headless body of the top government official known as Mr. Gbenga Olofingboyegun was found.
Olofingboyegun, who served as the Director of the Teaching Service Commission’s (TESCOM) Department of Research and Statistics, was reported missing on Thursday after leaving the workplace for an unspecified reason.
