Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission Inaugurates Working Groups for New Electricity Act Implementation

The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has inaugurated three working groups tasked with implementing the new Electricity Act of 2023. Chairman of NERC, Sanusi Garba, inaugurated the Legal and Regulatory Working Group, Engineering and Technical Working Group, and the Commercial and Transaction Group during a stakeholders meeting in Abuja.
