Spend More In Education, Sports, Says Don

Associate Professor of Medicine at College of Medicine, University of Lagos (UNILAG), Dr. Ifedayo Odeniyi, has urged the Federal Government to invest more in education and sports, “as this will reduce number of out-of-school- children and enhance foreign exchange.” THE NATION reports.

The don spoke at the Ninth Annual Inter-House Sports Competition, organised by Headstart Private School, at Holy Saviour College Ground, Isolo, Lagos.Information Guide Nigeria

Odeniyi, father of the day, said: “Education should be our priority. Educating younger ones will curb vices. However, government cannot do it alone.
