Super Eagles centre-back, Kenneth Omeruo, has ruled out any possibility of retiring from international football following the just-concluded 2023 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday night, as per DAILYPOST.JAMB Portal
The 30-year-old was a bit-part player for the Super Eagles at the AFCON with head coach Jose Peseiro sticking with a back three consisting Troost-Ekong, Calvin Bassey and Semi Ajayi.

However, when asked about his plans for the future, Omeruo made it clear that he is not calling time on his international career anytime soon adding that he would be available when called upon.informationguideNigeria
“My focus now is going back, continue playing regularly for my club and be available if called upon,” Omeruo told Nigerian reporters shortly after the Super Eagles’ arrival in Abuja.
