Tension in Imo as gunmen kill two police officers, civilian

Tensions escalated in Imo State on Monday following a violent incident at Ahiara Junction in the Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Area, where gunmen tragically killed two policemen and a civilian. According to reports gathered by a DAILY POST correspondent, the attackers, upon arrival at the scene, immediately opened fire on the police officers who were in uniform.

The sudden attack resulted in the immediate death of two policemen, marking a severe loss to the local law enforcement community. During this attack, a stray bullet unfortunately struck and killed a civilian passer-by, adding to the tragedy of the incident.JAMB Portal
