Baptista believes Arsenal is the greatest option for the Brazil international if he decides to leave PSG.

Baptista believes Neymar will not be supported by the PSG fans and believes the Brazilian should move to Arsenal and start over.

“The best move for him [Neymar] is to create a new atmosphere at a new club.
