13 workers allegedly steal N92m diesel in Lagos

Thirteen oil employees were taken before an Ogba Magistrates’ Court in Ikeja, Lagos State, on Monday for allegedly stealing diesel worth N92m from the state’s NASCON Allied Industries Plc.

The defendants are also accused of falsifying company documents in order to sell the stolen oil.

The defendants were arraigned before Magistrate A.F Akinyemi on four counts of conspiracy, theft, and forging on Tuesday, November 13, 2019.Information Guide Nigeria

The offenses were said to be punishable under Sections 411, 287(7), and 363 (1)(a) of the Lagos State Criminal Law, 2015.
