Reno Omokri, a controversial former presidential aide and prominent media influencer, has criticised Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, for appointing former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode as one of his spokespeople ahead of the 2023 presidential election.Information Guide Nigeria
Reno Omokri, recalling Femi Fani-previous Kayode’s proclamation that Tinubu “will never be President as long as Christ lives,” asserted that the APC presidential candidate incurred a curse with the appointment.

He also stated that the appointment of the former minister made him delighted.
Omokri wrote;
“One of the happiest days of this year for me was the day Tinubu appointed Femi Fani-Kayode as one of his spokesmen. This is a man who said on video that as long as Christ lives, Tinubu will never be President.
“Then Tinubu added his ‘amen’ by appointing him his spokesman! Tinubu cursed himself. Even Tinubu knows that you cannot stop a ‘church rat from eating a poisoned holy communion’. As long as he rejected FFK, he rejected that prayer. But by embracing FFK, he embraced that prayer.”
