‘Lets meet in court,’ Portable tells Promoter who’s demanding 20 billion naira in damages over botched US Show

Street-Pop star and problemsolving musician Portable is back in the news. This time, he has said that he has been asked to pay 20 billion naira in damages for a botched US show.Infomation Guide Nigeria

In an Instagram live video, Portable said that a man named Wale Bouncer had approached him with the promise of helping him get a US show, for which his former manager, Ijoba Danku, had given him $3.5 million.

Portable said he went to the embassy five times to try to get his visa, but it didn’t work out. This caused the US show to fall apart in the end.

Portable said that he had met a new promoter who was going to take him to the US, and plans were already in motion. Chief Portable says that Wale Bouncer is demanding 20 billion naira in damages because of this plan to perform in the US at a show put together by another promoter.

“Let’s meet in Court” Portable said again. Wale had only given him 3.5 million dollars, which he had paid back twice in the amount of 2 million. He also said that he had no plans to pay more as compensation or damages, and he dared the promoter to take him to court.

It’s not clear how much the promoter is asking from Portable or what the real facts of the case are because Portable didn’t explain them in his rant on social media.Jamb Result
