This event is now underway in the Conference room of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
In addition, 16 state governors, including Nyesom Wike of Rivers State; Senate President Ahmad Lawan; Speaker of the House Femi Gbajabiamila; and service chiefs will be honoured for their service.
