Enugu: LP’s Nnamchi lauds Appeal Court for affirming his election

The Court of Appeal has confirmed the election of Paul Nnamchi, representing the Enugu East/Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency of Enugu State in the House of Representatives.

This verdict from the appellate court overturned the previous decision made by the Electoral Petitions Tribunal in Enugu, which had annulled Nnamchi’s position in the Green Chamber.NYSC Portal

Reacting to the ruling, Nnamchi, of the Labour Party (LP-Enugu State), expressed his gratitude to the Court of Appeal in a statement. He viewed this judgment as a reflection of the people’s genuine choice in the National Assembly election that took place on February 25, 2023.
