Supreme Court Releases Certified True Copy of Judgment on Nnamdi Kanu’s Case

The Supreme Court has released the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the judgment regarding the suit between the Federal Government and Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). The apex court, on December 15, 2024, set aside a lower court’s judgment that dismissed terrorism charges against Kanu.

While the appeal court had exonerated Kanu, citing an infringement on his fundamental human rights by the Federal Government, the Supreme Court criticized the government’s actions but ruled that Kanu must continue his trial.JAMB Result
