Justice K.A. Orjiako, leading a unanimous decision at the tribunal, had mandated a rerun in the 94 polling units due to the irregularities observed during the general election. Dissatisfied with the tribunal’s ruling, Isah proceeded to appeal the decision.InformationGuideNigeria
