Appeal Court upholds Abia PDP lawmaker, Akpulonu’s victory

The Court of Appeal in Lagos has dismissed the petition filed by Mr. Peter Azubuike, the Labour Party (LP) candidate in the March 18 House of Assembly election, against Hon. Solomon Akpulonu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).informationguidenigeria

Solomon Akpulonu had previously won at the election petition tribunal sitting in Umuahia, which affirmed his victory.
