Bayelsa Guber: INEC raises alarm, says staff held hostage in Brass LG

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has issued a statement expressing deep concern over the situation in Brass Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, where, according to reports, several of its officials are being held hostage.
